4.4 Late Payments: If payments are not received by the due date, Champions Global reserves the right to charge interest at the rate of (i) one percent (1%) per month or (ii) the highest rate allowed by applicable law, whichever is higher.

5.1 Ownership: All intellectual property rights in and to our services, including but not limited to software, content, trademarks, and logos, are owned by Champions Global or our licensors.
5.2 License: Subject to your compliance with these Terms and Conditions, Champions Global grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our services for your personal or internal business purposes.
5.3 Restrictions: You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of that software, unless laws prohibit those restrictions or you have our written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability
10.1 Limitation: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Champions Global shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use our services; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services; (iv) any bugs, viruses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our services by any third party; (v) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through our services; and/or (vi) the defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any third party.
10.2 Cap on Liability: In no event shall Champions Global’s total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or your use of our services exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing our services during the twelve (12) months preceding the date of the claim.

The place of arbitration shall be our headquarters, and the arbitration shall be conducted in the local language.
