1. General Refund Policy
At Champions Global, we are committed to providing exceptional services to our clients. Our refund policy is designed to ensure satisfaction and clarity. Please read the following terms carefully to understand your rights and obligations regarding refunds.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
2.1 Service Delivery Issues: If Champions Global fails to deliver the agreed services correctly or on time, you are entitled to a full refund of the fees paid for those specific services.
2.2 Training Programs:
- Pausing and Resuming Courses: If you cannot continue with your course or wish to postpone the start date, we offer the possibility to pause your course, allowing you to start on another date within a period of 12 months from your purchase. The pause is an academic procedure and does not affect the pre-established payment dates.
- Refund Window: 100% of the payment will be refunded if requested within 24 hours after the starting date of the acquired program. After this period, the refund option will be disabled, and no refund will be issued.
2.3 Additional Services: Fees for additional services are subject to our current rates and are non-refundable unless specifically stated otherwise in the service agreement.
3. Payment and Fees
3.1 Invoicing and Payment Terms:
- Invoices for services, including License Fees and other applicable fees, will be submitted annually or as otherwise agreed upon, and must be paid within 15 days of the invoice date.
- Payments must be made in Euros or US Dollars as specified in the invoice. All fees are exclusive of VAT and other applicable taxes.
3.2 Late Payments:
- If payments are not received by the due date, Champions Global reserves the right to charge interest at the rate of (i) one percent (1%) per month or (ii) the highest rate allowed by applicable law, whichever is higher.
- Failure to pay undisputed amounts within 10 calendar days after notice of late payment will result in the suspension of services and may incur additional costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and collection costs.
3.3 Non-Refundable Fees:
- All fees paid are non-refundable under normal circumstances, except as provided in section 2.1 and 2.2.
4. Specific Terms for PLAY Video Analysis Tool (Metrica Sports)
As the authorized distributor of the PLAY Video Analysis Tool by Metrica Sports, the following additional terms apply:
4.1 Pricing Errors: In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price and will provide a full refund for any charges incurred.
4.2 Fee Structure:
- The License Fee for the PLAY Video Analysis Tool is indicated on the Champions Global website.
- All Fees are exclusive of VAT and other applicable tax levies.
- Fees for additional services are subject to Metrica Sports’ current rates.
4.3 Payment Obligations:
- Customers are responsible for timely payment of all invoices. If payments are not made on time, Metrica Sports reserves the right to suspend the license.
- If an undisputed amount is not paid within the payment term by the due date, Metrica Sports may charge interest and additional fees as specified in the agreement with Champions Global.
4.4 Non-Refundable Fees: All fees related to the PLAY Video Analysis Tool are non-refundable and are not subject to an obligation to undo, except in the case of pricing errors as mentioned in section 4.1.
5. Specific Terms for Barca Innovation Hub Programs
As the authorized distributor of Barca Innovation Hub in the MENA region, the following additional terms apply:
5.1 Pausing and Resuming Courses: If you cannot continue with your course or wish to postpone the start date, Barca Innovation Hub offers the possibility to pause your course, allowing you to start on another date within a period of 12 months from your purchase. The pause is an academic procedure and does not affect the pre-established payment dates.
5.2 Refund Window: 100% of the payment will be refunded if requested within 24 hours after the starting date of the acquired program. Once this period has expired, the refund option will be disabled, and no refund will be issued.
5.3 Re-registration: If you have not approved 1 or 2 of the courses that make up your program, you will have access to re-enrollment to complete the pending courses. This re-enrollment has a cost depending on the number of courses that need to be retaken.
5.4 Contacting Online Experts: If you have doubts about continuing your course, contact your Online Expert or write to the Service Center for assistance. Any changes resulting from this interaction will be subject to review and approval by Barca Innovation Hub.
6. Procedure for Refunds
6.1 Requesting a Refund:
- To request a refund, contact our Service Center or your assigned Online Expert. Any refund request will be subject to review and approval by Champions Global.
6.2 Review and Approval:
- All refund requests undergo an internal review process. Champions Global will provide guidance and information throughout the procedure to ensure transparency and support.
7. Special Circumstances
7.1 Pricing Errors: In the event of a pricing error, Champions Global reserves the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price and will provide a full refund for any charges incurred.
7.2 Force Majeure: Refunds or adjustments due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, legal changes, or other events beyond our control will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
